The Great Kabab Factory is located on the first floor of MGF Metropolitan Mall, Saket and the nearby metro station is Malviya Nagar (Yellow Line). As soon as you step-in on the first floor of MGF Metropolitan Mall, you can easily see the restaurant on the left side and on the entrance specifically standing desk, a member from the staff is there to welcome you.
For your information, in Delhi NCR, there are about seven outlets of “The Great Kabab Factory” that serves luscious buffet at a reasonable price. The place is known for its lavish dining style which stands in between a traditional dining and fine style of family dining. They serve authentic north Indian food, Mughlai delicacies, and grilled items with a great selection of alcohol, mocktails, and shakes, making it a perfect place for all occasions, and gatherings. The place accepts Zomato gold, and the good thing is that it works on buffets as well which means to people can enjoy the meal at the price of just one.
Talking about the ambiance, it is quite calm and nicely done, especially blue lighting, live sports screening, comfortable sitting, and mild sunlight coming from tinted glass in the place was like adding a cherry to the cake. The interiors are done exceptionally well with a hint of blue shade and their scintillating glass-walled kitchen is open for all to view the chef’s motion, what they bring the best for you. Additionally, lovely thematic music is playing in the background.
On entrance they have welcome stuff for people who love to click photos and as soon as you step in, the place welcomes you with a live kitchen on the right side of the entry. They have a huge dining space but their food & drinks menu is small. They have a buffet system with some good starter as well as the main course for veg and non-veg both.
During our visit, in starters, we had Galouti Kabab, Murgh Kali Mirch, Macchi Patiyala, Murgh Tikka Pudina, Subz Galouti Kabab, Paneer Tikka Attishi, Tandoori Aloo Punjabi, Tandoori Soya Chaap while in the main course I had Mutton Curry, Lababdar Chicken, and Butter Tandoori Roti. The starters were super soft and had amazing taste. Additionally, there were 4 types of chutneys available to escalate the flavor of snacks. The starters, the main course, and the desserts are all served on your table one by one.
The Dessert at “The Great Kabab Factory” is super awesome and have some good Indian offerings with exquisite taste. During our visit, they serve a platter of desserts and it includes Gulab jamun, paan ice cream, Phirni, strawberry ice cream, Shahi Tukda, Awadhi Sewain. Everything tastes well and you’ll remember some of them for a long time.
They have a bar and during our visit, we had Tiger Swings, The Saint, The GodFather, GoldenEye, Spice Girls, Cold Coffee. The drinks were refreshing, too sweeter and taste well.
After having lip-smacking food, as you are about to leave they have some mouth freshener items on the exit gate.
The service was right on time and it was too quick. The staff was courteous, attentive, and greeted us well. They always serve you with a smile and makes sure that your plate should not be empty. Additionally, the staff is knowledgeable and explains everything while serving the food.
Overall, their buffet system is good with such pricing.
